Small group and Private basis
We are specialized in small group and private customized services and we are the direct provider of all the Tours & Activities You can find on our website page “Tours & Activities”. All the services are organized on both shared “regular group” and private basis. Always keeping “small group approach” we give You opportunity to get more qualitative and personalised services provided by team of our best local guides and partners working in food, wine, ceramic, restaurant and other spheres.
How You can book
Group regular Tours. Just fill in the short Booking application form on our website page “Book Your Activities”. Your personal manager will contact you within 24 hours sending an email with Booking confirmation details and Voucher.
Private Tours. If You would like to organize a tour, which is not listed as regular on our website page “Tours & Activities”, you can do it in a private way. Just write us an email and tell about your wishes. Your personal manager will contact you within 24 hours with our best Offer.
Last minutes bookings
We always try to do our best to organize for You a tour or activitity even if we got the really last minute booking. But however we ask You for understanding if booking can’t be confirmed because of fully formed groups or unavailability of our partner’s services. For such cases we ask you to inform us about possible ‘Alternatives Dates of Tour’ in Booking application form. So we will be able to confirm the tour for any of alternative days.
How You can pay
Please negotiate the payment method with Your personal manager who will contact you by email after Booking request. Payment can be done in advance with Your Credit Card, Wire transfer and PayPal or by cash directly on the spot upon meeting with guide. Please note that we charges the supplement for Credit card payments (3%) and for PayPal (4%).
How You can cancel
Group regular Tours. We will be very grateful if You will inform us about cancellation by email or phone as soon as you can. In case You prepaid the tour, You will get full refund if we will be informed about cancellation prior to 48 hours before tour’s starting.
Private Tours. Please negotiate the cancellation policy together with payment method with Your personal manager who will contact You by email after Booking request.
How we can cancel
We are against of cancellations and always try to do our best to prevent this. But please be aware that for very rare cases we keep the right to cancel the tour prior to 5 hours before tour’s starting. The reasons of cancellation might be: unformed group for tours which require minimum number of participants to start, weather conditions, any force majors which are out of our control.

All we do is private and customized so the more we know about Your needs, wishes and expectations the better. This way we can come up with the best holiday in Sicily for You, Your family and friends. Tell us all about You, Your interests, Your likes, dislikes and requires using the Request form on our website page “Create Multiday Tour”. As a first base for Your travel You can use recommended types of Accomodation, Destinations and Activities.
After You send the Request, Your personal travel expert will contact You within 48 hours with Your first Itinerary and/or additional questions if there will be a need.
You can agree any further revisions of Itinerary with Your personal travel expert who will be at full disposal to turn any of Your ideas in life.
Personalised Itinerary. What to expect
First Itinerary will be based on the information we got from the Request You sent. However we will bring our expert insider’s view and suggestions which certainly will be agreed with You.
Itinerary will contain day by day time scheduled program of Your personalised travel around Sicily including:
You will get some best accommodation variants which take in account the type of lodging you chose (boutique, classic, rural etc), destination, style of your travel (family, couple, friends etc) and Your budget. We will send You the name of accomodation with access to pictures and key information which You have to know before to choose the final option.
Preferred transportation method will be included in Itinerary and taking into account to create perfect timetable, to choose proper accomodation (for example with parking access) and to structure your tours & activities around the island. Please notice that we can provide You with private transfer & driver and take care of any costs related to this. While any costs of the rental car or public transportation will be incurred by Your own.
Tours & Activities
Usually we are the direct provider of all the Tours & Activities included in Your Itinerary. But very rarely we can use services of our partners Travel agents specialized in certain specific Activities or geographical areas. All the Tours & Activities can be organized on shared or private basis in accordance with Your wish.
Price & Inclusions
In a world of constant changes please note that our costs are merely informative as all services have to be confirmed at the time of the booking. Quotes are valid up to 15 days from the date they are sent and they may suffer modifications. Hotel availability and prices cannot be guaranteed until booked and may not be fully protected at the time of the quote. Some hotel rates fluctuate almost every day.
Full price of Your Multiday Tour, is approximately equal to budget You mentioned in Request, and usually based on the following services included:
- Accommodations with specified type of meal (if arranged with us)
- Personalised Itinerary
- Private Transfer & Driver service (if required)
- All Tour & Activities (incl. guide’s service, food, drinks and entrance fees)
- Sicily Activities Brochure with main local info and restaurant recommendations
- Restaurant Booking upon request
- 24 hours of coordination and support during your travel
Everything which is not included are considered to be at Your own costs.
You will receive the Final Itinerary by email from Your personal travel expert as soon as you will finish to create it together. You will get it together with all the useful information and contacts You need for your travel.
Usually we request 30% of full price of Your Travel as deposit in order to secure and confirm a booking unless You will agree other conditions with Your personal travel expert. The rest amount should be prepaid fully 30 days before arrival. If bookings are made within 30 days of departure, full payment must be received immediately to secure and confirm a booking. Payment can be done with Your Credit Card, Wire transfer or PayPal without any additional supplements.
